Zynsights Consulting is led by Founder and Principal, Susan Pelczynski. She brings 30 years of professional experience to the team and held roles including Managing Principal, Board of Directors and Design Studio Lead.
She also led the Futures Group, researching innovative ideas including Net-Zero Energy (NZE), IoT/Blockchain, Virtual Reality, Wellbeing in the Workplace among other forward-thinking initiatives. Ms. Pelczynski also vetted merger and acquisition opportunities advising on go/no-go decisions.
With a network built across the commercial real estate sectors, interior design and architectural industry, she brings connections from diverse backgrounds such as corporate, legal, non-profit, retail or specialty organizations.
When advising, Susan is adept at leadership, business development, strategic hiring of principal or owner levels, brand; mission vision and story, design and implementation.
